South Arts is a nonprofit regional arts organization that aims to build on the South’s unique heritage and enhance the public value of the arts. The organization launched the Southern Prize and State Fellowship awards program in 2017 to acknowledge, support and celebrate the highest quality artistic work being created across nine states in the American South.
MAC will also be introducing Mississippi’s 2018 South Arts State Fellow, fine art photographer and professor at Mississippi State University, Dominic Lippillo of Starkville at the event.
Tickets are $15.00 and include local BBQ by The Trusty Diner, entertainment by The Yalobushwackers and drinks.
