The Mississippi Arts Commission hosts a series of information sessions called “Meet the MAC” about grants available through MAC.

These sessions can occur anytime throughout the year but typically in the few months before the annual grant applications open (December – February). The sessions serve as a “grants 101” and provide the opportunity for attendees to speak with a MAC representative in person. All Meet the MAC sessions are free and open to the public.

First-time applicants are especially encouraged to attend a “Meet the MAC” event. Please contact MAC at (601) 359-6030 if you have any questions.

If you would like to “Meet the MAC” in your community, reach out to MAC Grants Director Lauren Rhoades.
