Marta Szlubowska (MM – Violin Performance, University of Massachusetts at Amherst) is a concert violinist and currently serves as the Concertmaster of the Monroe Symphony Orchestra (Monroe, LA). A former Mississippi Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster (2005-2022), Szlubowska made her Carnegie Hall debut in 1984 and has been recognized by the Queen Elizabeth, Sibelius, and Wieniawski International Violin Competitions. In May 2025, she performed with the Skagit Symphony Orchestra as part of the Szlubowska – Belsky Duo at the Natchez Festival of Music (Natchez, MS).
