Kessey Monae is a Jackson, MS native who has always had a passion for music and the art of dance. As many others, she began singing in her church choir and started dance lessons at an early age. This sincere passion has followed her throughout her lifetime, for she has traveled extensively, performing and entering several musical contests and dance theater plays abroad. Kessey released her first single, entitled Reminiscing as an independent recording artist, which hit 22,000 views in six days. She is co-regent to BCS Productions Inc which is owned by her husband, recording artist Brady C. Smart. She continues to grow as an independent artist and choreographer, sharing her musical talents and gifts with the world.
