Shannon Frost is the Administrative Director of the Mississippi Whole Schools program at the Mississippi Arts Commission. She received a B.A. in communication/theatre from Malone University and an M.A. in communication/theatre from Regent University. Shannon spent 24 years in non-profit arts and higher education before transitioning to state government with MAC in 2022. She resides in Jackson with her husband, Joe, and kiddos, Nina, Darby, Emory, Beau, and Violet.
