Lady Adrena is a singer-songwriter from Jackson, MS, who began her career at age five in a church choir. Her skilled and talented Blues aficionado blends blues, soul, and rock. In 2018, she earned second place at the Vicksburg International Blues Challenge, a pivotal moment that confirmed her love for traditional blues. She was voted 2020 Female Vocalist of the Year by the Jackson Music Awards.

She has performed with artists such as Denise LaSalle, Dexter Allen, Peggy Scott Adams, Keb Mo, AnthonyHamilton, and the Barkays. Amongst other artists, Lady was named in the House bill HC 60, recognizing Jackson, MS as the birthplace of Southern Soul music. Her music receives airplay on stations in the US, FR, and the UK. She is currently touring with Morgan Freeman’s Symphonic Blues Experience as a lead singer, vocal coordinator, percussionist, and background singer. She’s been on several panels where blues music, the history, evolution, theory, and technique have been the topic of discussion.
