Jennifer Mizenko is a Dance/Movement Specialist. She specializes in conducting workshops and residencies that build community through expressive dance and movement. These workshops may be a sharing between the participants to build relationships and strengthen bonds, or may be community performances that focus on history and personal genealogy. She also specializes in workshops that focus on movement coordination and wellness. Jennifer is an internationally certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and a Laban Movement Analyst. Her workshops and residencies are tailor-made for every community she works with; through collaboration and listening skills, Jennifer discovers the needs of the community she serves and guides them through an enlightening, expressive, creative exploration of dance and movement.
