Dennis Jr. about their new book collaboration, “The Movement Made Us: A Father, a Son, and the Legacy of a Freedom Ride.” The book documents David Senior’s work in the Civil Rights Movement in Louisiana and Mississippi during the 1960s, including working closely with fellow activists Medgar Evers, Bob Moses, and Fannie Lou Hamer.
