This week on the Mississippi Arts Hour, Melody speaks to Silbrina Wright, executive director of the Greater Jackson Arts Council (GJAC) about her work at the intersection of the arts and social justice. Listeners will learn about the efforts of the Greater Jackson Arts Council to grow its programming and expand its work. GJAC is currently conducting statewide listening sessions to hear more about community needs and how the arts can be used as a tool to reflect those desires through their work.
